Shipping policy
How we ship
We use a dropship model. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our fulfilment center based fulfillment partners using FedEx and UPS.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the ship date:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays. We do not guarantee arrival dates for holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service. Free shipping is offered on orders over $95 for U.S. Canada and International addresses. Please check your international rates.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your package with FedEx or UPS. If tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, contact us.
International shipping
We currently ship to the U.S. , Canada and International addresses . Duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change addresses once an order enters fulfillment. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reship fee will apply.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier first. For packages marked lost or delayed for 7+ business days after expected delivery, email us at [your support email] and we’ll assist with a claim or replacement.
