HOW TO MEASURE FOR THE PERFECT BRA

Before you start: Grab a soft tape measure + wear an unpadded bra

1. Band Measurement  
   ☐ Tape snug under bust, level around back  
   ☐ Round to nearest even number = Band Size

2. Bust Measurement  
   ☐ Tape around fullest part of bust, no pulling  
   ☐ Write down number = Bust Size

3. Cup Size  
   ☐ Bust size - Band size = Cup Size  
   ☐ 1"=A, 2"=B, 3"=C, 4"=D, 5"=DD, 6"=DDD

4. Final Fit Check  
   ☐ Band stays level, doesn’t ride up  
   ☐ No spillage or gaping in cups  
   ☐ Straps sit comfortably, no digging  
   ☐ Center gore lays flat against chest

Note: Bodies change. Re-measure every 6 months or after weight shifts.
